How to have perfect skin

 People are always wondering how they can have perfect skin. Of course that is not possible, but people can at least have smooth, shiny, blackhead-free skin. By following these steps every day, this goal is possible. Good luck and enjoy the results. These methods work only if you don't smoke or are currently drug-free.




Make sure your meals are healthy and rich in the vitamins and minerals your skin needs. Vitamins B, C, E, A and K help keep your skin looking young and growing.

Vitamin B is the basis for forming skin, nails and hair. You can find this vitamin in foods such as oats, eggs, rice and bananas.

Vitamin C protects the skin from sunburn and prevents skin cancer. Vitamin C is found in large amounts in citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, as well as in green chilies, cranberry or grape juice, cauliflower and leafy greens.

Vitamin E also protects the skin from sunburn and is contained in foods such as olives, spinach, nuts, seeds and vegetable oils.

Vitamin A plays a vital role in the repair of epidermal tissues and without it, skin can dry out and molt.

Vitamin K helps reduce dark circles and puffiness under the eyes. Vitamin K is found in green leafy vegetables, dairy products and meats such as pork and liver.



Many fruits and vegetables, nuts, rice, cocoa products and eggs are good for the skin.



Always wear sunscreen, sunglasses and a sun hat when you are in the sun. Simply eating lots of fruits and vegetables that have sunscreen vitamins is not safe. Even if you have a darker complexion, you still need to wear sunscreen. Choose a sunscreen with 30 or 40 times sun protection and spread it evenly on your skin. It is important to choose a sunscreen that is good for your skin and waterproof. Don't put on a thick layer of sunscreen or you'll be shiny all day. Just apply the right amount and follow the instructions. Wait patiently for results

Try to avoid going out when the sun is at its strongest, such as the period from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is bad for your skin when the sun is at its most toxic. This indicates that the infection is deeper in the skin and squeezing the pus out harder will damage the skin. Wait a few days before squeezing, or try putting some natural ingredients on it and let it dry up on its own.

If you are dark-skinned and you live in a country where sun exposure is not strong, you may not need to use sunscreen. The melanin in your skin blocks a lot of UV rays, so if you use sunscreen and thus block UV rays completely, you may be at risk of vitamin D deficiency.
