For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to take a full body shower before swimming, and then change into a swimsuit. Or, before putting on your swim cap, comb your hair with a comb first, tie it in three braids and then tuck it into your swim cap, then untie your hair after swimming, you’ll find it’s less likely to get big tangles!
The hair stylist suggests that the ladies prepare two shampoos with different effects, one for deep cleansing and one for moisturizing or the usual shampoo. After shampooing, use a deep cleansing shampoo and massage the hair into the scalp to avoid any chemical residue in the pool, just leave the hair a little over the strands when rinsing (otherwise it will get dry!).
