Hair dryness and damage after swimming super collapse hair stylist teaches you to play before and after water hair care tips

Summer is a good time to play in the water, hot days to the pool is not only to cool off the summer heat, but also a great slimming exercise! However, ladies should have experienced this experience, every time after swimming, the hair becomes dry, tangled, even the hair color will turn super yellow, it’s a breakdown! This time, we asked a professional hairstylist to give us some tips on how to improve your hair before and after swimming, so let’s learn!

Why does your hair deteriorate after swimming? The hair stylist explained that chlorine is added to the swimming pool water to disinfect and sterilize it, which makes the PH value in the water high, and the chlorine will damage the hair’s hair.

For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to take a full body shower before swimming, and then change into a swimsuit. Or, before putting on your swim cap, comb your hair with a comb first, tie it in three braids and then tuck it into your swim cap, then untie your hair after swimming, you’ll find it’s less likely to get big tangles!

The hair stylist suggests that the ladies prepare two shampoos with different effects, one for deep cleansing and one for moisturizing or the usual shampoo. After shampooing, use a deep cleansing shampoo and massage the hair into the scalp to avoid any chemical residue in the pool, just leave the hair a little over the strands when rinsing (otherwise it will get dry!). Then, use a deep cleansing shampoo to cleanse the strands, and finally, don’t forget to use another conditioner to “sandwich” your hair to help improve the dryness of your hair.
